Npower Consultants Report Materials

Introduction

In the fall of 2005 , Washington State University's administration engaged the services of a professional consultant, Npower, Inc. to assess, evaluate, and provide action-oriented direction to our Greek Community.  Npower’s CEO, Karyn Nishimura Sneath, and Npower colleague Mike McRee, were the consulting team. Sneath and McRee conducted focus groups and interviews with students, Greek leaders, staff, alumni volunteers and foundation representatives over the course of more than two days in Pullman, and via e-mail with several other individuals. Additionally, Anita Cory, Director of Greek Life and Jerry Marczynski, Associate VP of Student Affairs traveled to Indianapolis to participate in a special meeting with Fraternity and Sorority Headquarters staff and volunteers.

Npower released the final reports to the Office of Greek Life. The report has been made available to the Dean of Students, VP of Students, and WSU President V. Lane Rawlins. It is now available to all stakeholders via the Center for Fraternity and Sorority Life web site. Please see the links below to read the three sections of the report.

Interfraternally Yours,

Anita J. Cory
