Report Hazing Anonymously
Twenty national fraternities and sororities have co-sponsored an anonymous, Greek Anti-Hazing Hotline. By calling this number, you can report hazing anonymously. The call will be forwarded to the appropriate fraternity or sorority headquarters and be addressed by their staff or volunteers. The University will not be notified unless the fraternity or sorority headquarters chooses to do so. The number is: 888.NOT.HAZE (or 888.668.4293). In addition, you are always welcome to fill out the form below, call or meet with a staff member at the Center for Fraternity and Sorority Life and speak about your concerns.
The Center for Fraternity and Sorority Life does not condone any type of hazing within our fraternities and sororities. This form was created for WSU students, partents, faculty, staff and community members to report incidents that are detrimental to the fraternity or sorority new member education process. This form is sent directly to the Director and Assistant Director of Center for Fraternity and Sorority Life.
