History:

Order of Omega is a national leadership honor society, which was founded at the University of Miami by a group of outstanding fraternity men in 1959. The goal of the organization was to recognize individuals for their leadership and service in the Greek community and the University. There are now over 300 Order of Omega chapters in the U.S. and in Canada.

Membership:

Men and women who meet the requirements of membership, and in the opinion of the members of Order of Omega have displayed exemplary character, outstanding leadership to both the Greek community and University, shall be eligible for membership. Membership selection will take place in the Fall and Spring of every academic year
