The Greek Intervention Framework ED AD 497
The Greek Intervention Framework is a Peer Mentor training class (ED AD 497 - Section #1) that allows chapters to select one or two members who are most likely already acting as peer mentors within the chapter. The purpose of the TGIF course is to establish members in each chapter that are familiar with campus resources and are trained to help other students that face common problems such as healthy living, wellness, alcohol, eating disorders, self-esteem, suicide and depression. These members become a valuable source of information for other chapter members and are also available to do interventions if the need arises.
