Scholarship: Scholarship has always been a priority for Delta Gamma. Our program assists each woman with quiet hours, designated study areas, peer tutors, and a reward system for receiving As on tests and exams as well as for achieving a higher GPA. Our scholarship program is constantly maintained to aid our women in scholastic excellence.Social: As Delta Gamma women, we always take time out of our busy schedules to encourage sisterhood activities and have a little fun. We begin the year with an all-house retreat and raft trip, followed by Big Sis/Little Sis night, new member pledge dance, a winter formal spring cruise on Lake Coeur d'Alene, senior surprise and various other exciting times.
Philanthropy: Over a dozen fraternities participated in Delta Gammas annual philanthropy Anchorsmash raising $500 for our national project-- sight conservation and aid to the blind. The activities included funny serenades, colorful skits, and an enthusiastic round-robin of football games at Martin Stadium. Through our philanthropic contributions and other achievements, Delta Gamma was awarded the 2001-2002 Greek Chapter of the Year award at WSU.
