Look here to see which chapter facilities are approved to house freshmen, if the chapter is on tier status for grades below 2.80, if the chapter has completed all required programming, and if the chapter is substance-free.

Compliance with the Fraternal Organization Agreement
This chart shows the fraternities and sororities that have met the
requirements of the Fraternal Organization Agreement, and the Tier
status of those chapters that have not met the requirements. This
chart also shows whether or not chapters have met the requirement
for a Live-In Advisor (Fraternities) or a House Director (sororities).
